The conference will be held at IFSTTAR, in the east of Paris.

If you want to stay in Paris :

In order to make your trip more fluid we recommend the hotels near the "Gare de Lyon" or "Nation " stations of the RER A (suburban train, approx. 20 minutes).

You can see the map of the Paris subway and RER lines here and here. The RER A is the red line (direction Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy - Disneyland Paris) to come to IFSTTAR (station "Noisy-Champs").

If you want to stay next to the PhD symposium site :

We recommend the hotel in Champs-sur-Marne, Hotel Ibis Marne-la-Vallée fields bookable via their reservation site Accorhotels.

But you can also use the usual search engines :

A lot of hotels are available near Disneyland Paris ("Val d'Europe" station of the RER A, approx. 15 minutes). 

The nearest RER A station for IFSTTAR is "Noisy-Champs".
